Personal data provided will be processed, in compliance with lawful conditions art. 6 of EU Reg. 2016/679, to fill in an information request form; the legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (art. 6 paragraph 1 letter f).
Data collected will be processed using manual, digital or telematic tools, in compliance with the purpose it was collected for and in a way that guarantees security and confidentiality. Personal data is stored for the time needed to fulfil the aforementioned purposes. For contact request data the storage period is maximum 6 months.
Personal data provided may be communicated to service suppliers managing IT systems and telecommunications networks, professional advisers and competent authorities where required by law. These parties act as Data Processors or autonomous Controllers.
The Data Controller will not transfer your personal data to another country or international organisation. If cloud services are used, suppliers will be selected amongst those providing adequate guarantees under art. 46 of EU Reg. 2016/679.
Providing data is optional or needed based on the specific purpose for which the data is processed. Not providing data marked with the symbol * will make it impossible to receive what is requested or to use the Data Controller’s services.
You may enforce your rights under arts. 15–22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 by contacting privacy@gelvsgroup.com. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and you may submit a complaint to the competent data protection authority.
